Something to think about

One day on the way home from church a little girl turned to her mother and said, "Mommy, the preacher's sermon this morning confused me.
The mother said, "Oh! Why is that?

The girl replied, "Well, he said that God is bigger than we are. Is that true?"

"Yes, that's true," the mother replied.

"He also said that God lives within us. Is that true too?"

Again the mother replied, "Yes."

"Well," said the girl. "If God is bigger than us and he lives in us, wouldn't He show through?"

(Thanks to Pastor Tim)

Great thoughts for this beautiful day! My Safari is making all the layouts look whacko today. The videos are covering some of the typing and such. Wonder why?

Absolutely beautiful! Loved the story and the song. I've heard similar stories, but liked this version best. Thanks!

Out of the mouths of babes!! When our older son was about five, he came home from church and asked "Mom, what's a luge (he said luga)". Since it was the time of the winter olympics, I explained that it was a type of sled. "Oh" he said "Glory (a woman in our church) has one." We finally figured out he was talking about the glory, glory hallelulah (sp) chorus the choir had sung that morning.

Best,
Bonnie
